Communal cremation is available, with no ashes returned. Individual cremation will have the ashes returned, paw print/nose print, and a clipping of their hair.

By choosing individual cremation, you will only receive your pet’s ashes. We understand how important this question is and value your trust in the process. Our tagged tracking system assigns each pet to the correct owner. This will ensure each pet is accounted for the entire duration.

You can select a witnessed viewing and choose to stay as long as you like during the process.

Yes, this is unique to every individual. You can customize your urns, choose from paw print, nose print, or both. There are many artists, mostly local, that I have selected to help memorialize your pet in your own way. Please inquire for a list of products to choose from.

You will receive a call when your pet’s ashes are ready, between 7-10 days, however, it is likely you will receive a call sooner.

Not a problem, they will remain here until you are. I will hold ashes up to one year before respectfully scattering ashes in a serene setting. You will receive an email and call at 6 months, 9 months, and 30 days prior to scattering. Please email to coordinate your needs.

Yes, to ensure the quality of care, please make an appointment so that I can await your arrival or arrange a pickup.

I understand how worrying this can feel. If you’re not able to reach me right away, you will receive a call the next morning. Together, we can arrange to be picked up or delivered as soon as possible. In the meantime, please keep your pet in a cool, dry environment. I will guide you through the process as soon as possible.

You can call the vet clinic and let them know you would like to use this service. Send me an email, and we can arrange for pickup at the clinic.
