You will receive a call when your pet’s ashes are ready, between 7-10 days, however, it is likely you will receive a call sooner.

Not a problem, they will remain here until you are. I will hold ashes up to one year before respectfully scattering ashes in a serene setting. You will receive an email and call at 6 months, 9 months, and 30 days prior to scattering. Please email to coordinate your needs.

Yes, to ensure the quality of care, please make an appointment so that I can await your arrival or arrange a pickup.

Together, we can arrange to be picked up or delivered as soon as possible. In the meantime, please keep your pet in a cool, dry environment. I will guide you through the process as soon as possible.
